Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, or stains may incur a surcharge.

Customers should remove personal items before service; J&M Crystal Finish is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Mobile detailing services are available within our operating area in London and surrounding regions.

Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our normal range.

Appointments may be rescheduled in case of severe weather or unsuitable working conditions that affect service quality.

Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, bank transfer, or approved electronic payments.

While all care is taken, J&M Crystal Finish cannot be held responsible for existing damage to paintwork, trim, or interior materials prior to service.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
